Day 2: Fast

Day 2: Fast
I do really feel time passes too fast especially these days. When I look at the clock on the wall, it's OK but when I look at a calender in my room, I feel "why is it so fast?" every time. I've been staying in Canada almost for two years and soon I'm leaving to go back to my country, Japan. I wish I could stay here. I'm sure people think about time with "fast" and for me it's about the days I've been spending in a foreign country.

  1. Time does seem to fly when you're having fun, doesn't it.. Enjoy the time you have left in Canada, you'll look back on it many times, I'm sure. :) And that's a beautiful calendar.

  3. Time is a strange creature. When I'm traveling I wish I could make it slow down instead of speed up. Your calendar makes me want to have some tea.

  4. Very cool calendar and I feel time go fast whenever I look at mine - usually because I haven't changed the month yet!

  5. Nice twist while others used clocks. You went straight for the big guns: A calendar! It represents time going by even faster. It's not the minutes that go by fast, it's the DAYS!

  7. That is a cool calendar. I've never been to Japan but would love to go one day. Years ago, I went to the World's Fair in Montreal. At least, I think that's what it was if my memory hasn't failed me. Would love to go back again.

  11. I like your take on this theme a lot, but I have to ask: Why do you want to stay in Canada instead of going back to your home in Japan?

Is the poutine? Michael J. Fox? The harsh winters that force you to eat your sled dogs? I'm so confused.

  12. Really great interpretation of this prompt! As much as I adore Canada, I'd miss home too.

  13. So often, the days go by so quickly, it will be a week before I realize I haven't turned the page on the calendar. Enjoy the time you have left in Montreal!
